No-Excuses Living, Meir Ezra

Meir Ezra – Roman general Julius Caesar liked to land his ships on enemy territory, unload his troops and then burn the ships.

He eliminated all means of retreat. His army had no choice but to win, which they did.

You have the power to choose excuses or solutions. If you prefer excuses, you have low production and stress. If you persist until you achieve your goals, you win the supreme test.

“THE SUPREME TEST OF A PERSON IS HIS ABILITY TO MAKE THINGS GO RIGHT.”

“This, of course, is a rather savage and brutal datum for it thrusts aside all justification, reasonableness, excuses and even does not take into account the size or obstacles of the opposition.”

“People who explain how wrong it is all going and who have reasons why and WHO AREN’T PUTTING IT RIGHT are the real crazy people in the universe. The only ones crazier than they are, are the ones who are quite happy to have everything fail and go wrong with no protest from them. And the only ones even worse are those who work endlessly to make things go wrong and prevent anything from going right and oppose all efforts instinctively.

“Fortunately, there are a few around who DO make things go right in spite of everything and anyone.” — L. Ron Hubbard

Meir Ezra Leadership Success

Meir Ezra Leadership Success

You are a leader, even if not officially. People follow your example, learn from you, want to know your opinions and so on. Constantly improving your leadership skills is essential to your success.
Most people have the wrong idea about leadership. For example, car salesman Jim was promoted to the Sales Manager position. During his first week as manager, he decided to show everyone who was boss.
Jim cracked the whip. He held a meeting and told the other sales people, “I want 10 cars sold today or someone will get fired!”
The sales people ran around looking busy and avoiding Jim. Everyone tried to force customers to buy cars, but car sales dropped.
Jim yelled even louder. “You can’t sell cars by pressuring customers, you idiots! Now get out there and sell these stupid cars!”
After a month of this, his two best sales people quit. Sales dropped even further.
Jim said, “I can’t believe this! What am I doing wrong?”

Five Bad Leadership Attitudes

Like many new managers, Jim had these five wrong ideas:

  1. “Because I’m the manager, you better respect me . . . or else!”
  2. “People are lazy; I have to force them to work.”
  3. “I’m superior to everyone. I can do anything I want.”
  4. “If you work for me, you need to kiss my butt.”
  5. “If you don’t like how I run things, you can leave.”

Because of these attitudes, Jim’s sales people were selling fewer cars and looking for other jobs. If Jim did not change his attitude, he would also be looking for a new job soon.

Meir Ezra – Success story

Meir Ezra – Success story

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude. You’ve done an excellent job teaching me. At first I was very skeptic, because my business was very successful. I was a very good husband and father, very motivated, confident and competent.

What Meir Ezra teaching has done in my life – words cannot describe. I have achieved new levels with everything.

I thought I loved people and yet I was lacking in some areas of my life. I can write a book about it, but I’ll share just a few VERY important words that were missing in my vocabulary like: Validation, Admiration, Confronting, Beingness, etc.

I was able to turn a HUGE problem into a barrier I can overcome. I am on the road to achieve it. Once everything is done I’ll share more.

Today I am a great husband and father, a much better business man and a better human being. What I’ve learned is unmatchable.

You are an amazing man full of life and appreciation.

Meir Ezra entrepreneur with years of experience across a wide range of fields and an inventor with many patents registered to his name. Established the most successful distributor of gasoline management systems, a company that within three years grew to $100,000,000.

Learning Ethics and Money plus Overts and Withholds Builds Business and Personal Profits

Learning Ethics and Money plus Overts and Withholds Builds Business and Personal Profits

Have You Ever Been Told “This Experience Will Be Life Changing?”

You probably have or at least heard something like that. Then you go to the seminar or webinar or read the book and think “I don’t think so.”

Meir Ezra says: “The Learning Money and Ethics Seminar Will Change Your Life!”

If you spend a few minutes reading this report, I will share with you my experience then see what you think.

Learning Money and Ethics Is A Four Day Event. The First Three Days Did Not Change My Life

If you have experience training for any sporting activity, or when you scheduled to take any test in school you know there was preparation. This event is like that. The entire first three days is getting you ready for day 4. Those three days help you understand the true meaning if ethics, moral code, justice and more. You will learn barriers to learning and study technology or study tech. There are many concepts you will learn that will help you—but are they “life changing”?

Of course any time we expand our knowledge our life changes. However the context of Live Changing Event is much bigger than gaining knowledge and expanding our skills. “Life Changing” is one of those truly “WOW Moments” even with the wow word being more than overused by many at this time.

What Really Happened on Day 4 of The Learning Ethics and Money Seminar?

Once our understanding of key principles and definitions was clear, we were ready for our assignment. After a couple hours of practice we were left to work. I still didn’t want to do this. However I made a commitment to follow the instructions. The assignment was very clear: begin writing the overts and withhold of your life following a precise formula for presenting the detail. To make sure there is no mistake, Meir Ezra requires each person to write one personal overt in the prescribed format and show it to him to confirm you know how to do it. I did that and started.

What Is An Overt and Withhold

Very simple an overt is something I did to someone else that I would not want done to me. For example I promised to deliver a report by 4 PM and didn’t do it because I was chatting on twitter. A withhold is similar only you are withholding from someone else an event or information that because you withheld it your relationship is weaker. For example you tell your spouse you are working late and in reality you are drinking with your friends and watching the game. The principle is that when we are responsible for an overt or withhold we develop a pattern that justifies the action or withhold. You will need to come to the seminar for the depth of this message and to understand the power of the O-W process.

I Wrote For About 4 Hours

I know what you are thinking – this guy has done a lot and withheld a lot. I was thinking the same thing. At one point I told Meir “my eyes hurt and head hurts” he gave me short explanation and said “keep writing”

We were alert to the possibility of reaching a moment when we felt relief. Well into the process, as I was feeling worse I thought “well there’s some bullshit!”

But Then – BAM!

I could see a pattern to my life. I could see why certain parts of my life are void of experiences I want to have. I clearly could see how I created any experience I label as “not preferred”. That clarity is very life changing because once I see the pattern I can break the pattern of what I have been doing or not doing that blocks my true potential.

Before I left I shared with Meir one of the most heartfelt thank you’s and expression of gratitude for a Life Changing Event!
